Great, quick read - packed with info!!

A very informative yet concise book! I would highly recommend this book to anyone getting into the house cleaning business or even for the person who wants a better way to clean their own home! I found myself using Wendy's methods in my own home and I've saved SO much time. I'm no longer running from room to room, back and forth. This is truly a book for anyone who cleans - business or personal. As for the business side of it, she breaks it down into real, actionable steps that are easy to follow. It makes the process of starting your own business less overwhelming and more exciting. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love Wendy’s book! Everything you need to know about starting a cleaning business is laid out for you in this step-by-step guide. She explains how to manage and maximize your time to how to deal with difficult and unpleasant situations and everything in-between. It's all spelled out in simple terms.

I just began my residential cleaning business and now feel more confident from the knowledge I’ve gained from her book and youtube videos. Wendy radiates such charm and likability through videos makes me wish I knew her in person!

About the Author
Bill Schutt is a professor of biology at LIU Post and a research associate in residence at the American Museum of Natural History. His first book, Dark Banquet: Blood and the Curious Lives of Blood-Feeding Creatures, was selected as a Best Book of 2008 by Library Journal and Amazon and was chosen for the Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers program. Born in New York City and raised on Long Island by parents who encouraged his love for turning over stones and peering under logs, Schutt quickly grew a passion for the natural world, with its enormous wonders and its increasing vulnerability. He received his PhD in zoology from Cornell and has published over two dozen peer-reviewed articles on topics ranging from terrestrial locomotion in vampire bats to the precarious, arboreal copulatory behavior of a marsupial mouse. His research has been featured in Natural History magazine as well as the New York Times, Newsday, the Economist, and Discover magazine. He was recently reelected to the board of directors of the North American Society for Bat Research. A recipient of the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Grant at the AMNH, Schutt lives on the East End of Long Island with his wife and son.

About the Author
Francesc Aragall is the Founder and President of the Design for All Foundation. The Foundation's main aim is to produce and disseminate information related to Design for All/Universal Design. Francesc started his career as an ergonomist before working in the public sector for ten years. In 2000 he re-entered the commercial sector in the field of engineering, architecture and design with his company ProAsolutions. Jordi Montana is currently the Vice Chancellor of the University of Vic, a professor at ESADE, Faculty of Business Administration, and at the Ramon Llul University, Barcelona. He is also the director of the ESADE Board of Design Management. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Polytechnic University of Catalonia) and an MBA (ESADE). Apart from teaching, he also acts as a consultant on marketing and design management issues for public and private national and international companies and institutions. He has published several books on marketing and design and is the author of many articles and essays.

About the Author
Steve Hoberman is the most requested data modeling instructor in the world. Not much about MongoDB

The author is a Business analyst and writes about data modeling procedures for business. Not even sure how much he knows about relational databases. But he is definitely not a MongoDB expert. All his models for MongoDB suspiciously resemble relational models. His advice are always rather to make model more relational than not. He avoids discussing any technical or architectural issues.

The book is about regular process of business data modeling, with a little text copy-pasted from some MongoDB API specification. A smart BA who wants to sell a book about his BA experience by using a hot "MongoDB" word in the title.

Well written book

This book is for you If you are new to MongoDB and have worked with other databases systems such as mysql, oracle and SQL server. This book is also for you if you have little experience designing data models.

This book is a quick read, but it provides you with a framework and step by step guidelines on how to design your data model, what questions to ask and how to document your model.

Excellent read for all Data Modelers

Having done data modeling for years and having worked with MongoDB as well, I was not sure what to expect from Data Modeling for MongoDB. Steve Hoberman has done wonderful things for the data modeling world, but I was not sure how he would put together a book for this topic. Wow... was I surprised.

I think that this is an excellent read even if you are not doing MongoDB. Steve does a fine (as expected) job of explaining Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data modeling and how it relates to relational, dimension, and NoSQL (specifically MongoDB) databases. He constantly brings home the point that NoSQL is not NoDataModeling. Or as I have heard it said many times, schema-less does not mean design-less.

I you need to build a system that is well designed ans supportable, this should be the first book you pick up.

Bravo, Mr. Hoberman for this excellent reference material.

A great adventure in the natural and spiritual realms!

These books are exceptional. When read in order, the story is especially captivating. The characters are engaging. Overall, the authors have created a story line that graphically demonstrates the potential power made available to any of us who truly surrender our lives to the power of the Holy Spirit, and the truth of God’s Word. While achieving that state is very straight forward, straying from the path is easy as we have all learned.

There is a lot of suspense, and constant action in both the natural and spiritual realms. It also shows how seemingly insignificant distractions can draw us away from the reality of the Power of God, until after time passes, we can find we have strayed far from our original path. In all, it provides a fascinating glimpse of how our lives can be directed and empowered, and reinforces the fact that our Lord is always ready for us to return to our First Love, and once again walk in His provisions. Additionally, it presents ways in which the Biblical events surrounding Israel and the Middle East in total are playing out during our lifetime.

While enjoying a very good story, and fascinating interaction between the characters, you ultimately realize that in the midst of your journey, many spiritual truths have been shared, and your faith has been reinforced through sharing in this experience and adventure. I highly recommend these books, and personally have just completed my second reading since they were originally published.

Gayle Letherby, BA (Hons), PhD, AcSS is Professor Sociology and Director of the Institute of Health and Community at Plymouth University. She researches and writes in a variety of areas including reproductive and non/parental identity; working and learning in higher education; crime and deviance and travel mobilities. She is also interested in all things methodological, particularly feminist approaches, auto/biography and wider concerns relating to the politics of the research process and product.
